Maybe she will build up some views but to you to make some money on YouTube, you need to have 100,000's views to make a living on Youtube alone (e.g. miniumum wage numbers). To make more money you need pateron account to have some donations as well getting those 100,000 views on top of that. And to make the big bunks you need to have millions of views and something that an average person would watch day in and day out on that platform (make-up videos, vlogs videos, video game streams, comedy videos that are somewhat funny, podcast or something that is unique and interesting to the public). And with all of this she need to make videos on a constant schedule to the point that you videos get put on the Youtube feature.
And reason I said Youtube is terrible place to make money as you don't know how public will follow you nor know if you have the content that will interest the public. That and Youtube is taking most of the money of lesser known content creators and YouTube monetization rules will stop you from making money for anything that Youtube find offensive (besides swear words).
Can she do that in a week? Very unlikely as her Trump video (the most viewed video on her channel) has only got 12k views. Maybe we come back after a year or so if she has grown a good following would be a reasonable response.
