If you are asking if there is a girl in London who will do X for money, then the answer is 'yes' for almost all values of X.  If you want to know if she will do it for free (or for the value of food) then the answer is almost always 'no'.  Girls might charge a lower rate for social time, but then again they might not.  I believe busy girls would rather earn full fee if they can.
