This was my downfall last time and I have to put my hands up here as I was new to using AW (I'm fast learning it's more hassle than it's worth).

Have called several times to no reply. Txted several as follow up even tonight but no respose. I guess either busy or I try at the wrong time. Moving on as I'm not one to wait on where to spend my funds. Plenty out there that actually respond within a reasonable timeframe
