Well I edited my initial post, as I realised there was no need to stoop down to the rude or personal insulting level. but this edit obviously happened after you quoted it so apologies.

As for spotting a post op pussy? well from past experience as I've come across quite a few when I'm at work in asia. You'll find the girls heavily reliant on lube, as an experienced man you'll just know from sight her anatomy doesn't look right (this bits hard to explain as it varys), during sex you may find the hole is unusually tight, awkward angled and not self lubricating.
