I visited this place twice in the summer (it is the one in Easton Street).
On the first visit I was met by the manager Lucy. Thought my luck was in she was very smiley with an amazing rack. Unfortunately she was not available but said " I do you next time"
The lady I saw was only there for 3 weeks, this is apparently the norm. I had an excellent massage and 40 minutes after a little bit of build up around the groin area I was offered HE which I accepted for £20. Nice and slow at my request, she was very good and she offered me topless for another £20 which I declined.
On the second visit I managed to see Lucy, Things proceeded much the same as with the previous visit although she was decidedly more up front about extras. I had Topless massage with HE for a total of £70. The only thing that spoiled the second visit was that as the manageress Lucy took several bookings during the massage.
I would definitely go back, but would probably see the other girl on duty rather than Lucy simply to have an uninterrupted massage.
Facilities very clean. I believe the girls rotate every 2-3 weeks and that the place in Bicester is one of the places on their rota.
