Right now the Prague scene seems to be in some kind of transitional stage - with a whole load of privats (private apartment brothels) closing down. So this leaves you with the choice of clubs: AAA, Neon, Sweet Paradise, K5; or those privats still open: apparently Lolitas, Heaven Models and Top are among these.
You could try the well-publicized independents, like Carolina Aurora and Carmen Firestorm - they charge over the odds compared to privat girls, but, on the whole less than the 'elite courtesans' on the agency websites, provide high quality GFE and don't generally charge extras. Both are charming company, if you're booking them for long enough to find out. Kiana.vip (a Ukrainian indie) is also a fave of mine. Jenna Sweetheart gets good reviews, but I've never managed to get our diaries to coincide.
There are also several sites full of profiles, a bit like adultwork. A little googling should get you access to all of this stuff.
