90% of the time the profiles are absolute hyperbolic bullshit. It does get crazy when the extras start adding up.  They used to charge the same for an extra no difference between half hour or hour booking, but they lose out on hour bookings and dont like them.  Its the same with the receptionists, I think they are on commission and obviously they make more on two punters through the door compared to one punter.  It does seem like a conveyor belt system, the most exercise the prossie gets is repeatedly walking up and down the stairs.

They could review the charges.  I seek CIM and have to pay the OWO charge then extra for CIM, why not have a straight CIM charge slightly reduced from the two added together?
