 I booked a 30 min appointment, when i phoned her i asked for 3pm, she told me could i make it 3.15 so i agreed 15 mins didnt matter, thought she must have a punter in before me , I travelled 60 miles for this punt , got to her street where she works then gets a text at 3.05 to say family problem she cannot make the appointment ,would give her the benefit of the doubt but have a feeling somebody might have booked a longer appointment than mine, so mine was kicked into touch, didnt know whether to have given her a neutral or negative, sorry dont know how to copy and paste her profile from AW,

Hi Mike
I think you did absolutely the right thing to give her a negative review on here. I've learnt that whenever prossies cancel at the last minute their reasons are always lies.  If she had a family issue there is no way she only found out at 3.05. She just screwed up her bookings and you suffered the consequences in your time and travel money!
