As many people already know, I am one of LK's lucky regulars and see her reasonably often. She is not on holiday and is working.
Although I have nothing at all to do with her business arrangements I do discuss her booking system occasionally, partly as people sometimes PM me with questions about her.
She is definitely taking bookings, and is keen to meet a few new people, but she is absolutely deluged with emails. Last time she showed me her phone it has several hundred emails and hundreds more texts. She has tried various systems and none deal with the backlog, as she is part time, genuinely only sees one client a day (or exceptionally two, for one hour bookings), has a job two days a week and has a life of her own. This means a maximum of 4 or 5 bookings per week. I know she feels bad about not being able to respond but to be honest it seems impossible. She has a group of regulars and the opportunity to see new people is very limited.
She is intending to stop advertising availability but will still be contactable in the usual ways. Although to be honest she would love the deluge to reduce to something more manageable.
She will read your emails and will respond if she is able to offer you anything. It's a lottery, and indeed the idea of actually running a lottery has been suggested to her.
