Trip report for October 2010 -------

Malaysia has been on my short list for a couple of years and I have just completed a "tour of duty" in Kuala Lumpur, while I do not regret the trip it was a mistake to spend 11 days there as the nightlife is pretty limited, you can drink until at least 3am however there are no Go-Go bars so you are really limited to freelancer places.
I stayed in a busy tourist area called Bukit Bintang which was ideal for the big shopping malls and the monorail but the downside was traffic noise, despite being on the 17th floor I could hear car horns day and night especially during the rush hours.

The main freelancer bar is called The Beach Club Café, there is a cover charge which varies from night to night but I would say roughly £8 which includes one drink, any further drinks are bloody expensive at £5 for a small bottle of local beer or £4 for a small whisky & coke -------- smokers will be glad to hear that smoking is permitted.
There is an alternative bar across the road called the Thai Club which is slightly cheaper both for the cover charge and drinks but the selection of ladies is far superior in the Beach Club, you can walk in and out of the bars as they will use a rubber stamp on your arm.

What surprised me slightly was the many different nationalities working in the bars, I would say the mix was something like this ------
60% Viet Nam, 20% Philippines, 20% other races such as Cambodia, China, Taiwan and quite a few African girls who spoke perfect English but they are not for me. I did not meet one girl from Malaysia which did surprise me somewhat.
The quality of the girls in general was far superior to Thailand because of the choice of nationalities on offer, for good looks the Vietnamese would be hard to beat but for personality and English skills I would have to say stick with the girls from the Philippines.
Regarding prices, they are not set in stone and it would depend on how late it was and how pretty the girl was but they seem to all quote the same ---- £60 for short time or £100 for overnight, that is of course expensive if you are used to Pattaya prices but bear in mind there are no barfines and no lady drinks.
The biggest problem is deciding which one to choose from, you don't have to approach them, they will pester you from the minute you walk in, especially if it is your first time there.

In the 11 nights I only ended up taking 3 girls, two short times and one overnight ----- the overnight started at 3am and she left the room at mid-day, I am still not a big fan of overnights even at such reasonable rates.

Another source of punting in Kuala Lumpur would be to visit a SPA which is basically a massage parlour with a "happy ending" -------- not too sure of prices but from my research I would say £40 would be about right.

Nice looking girl Jimbob, doesn't look fully Vietnamese.

Rocky swears that the Vietnamese girls are dynamite in bed. I was going to break up my Pattaya trip with a trip to AC, but with the problems there I might consider KL with Air Asia.

To be truthful I had spotted her a couple of days earlier, she just stood out, maybe the dyed hair but she looked almost "western".

I used Emirates via Dubai, just over £500 -------- wish now I had used Airasia which is direct from Stansted.

I don't advise any more than 4 nights in KL --------- great shopping malls, great restaurants but the restricted choice of nightlife and expensive booze is a big negative.
A pint of Guinness in my 5 star hotel bar set me back over a tenner.

I agree entirely but I think part of the reason for the high cost of alcohol is tax, it is rare to see a bottle of beer for under £4, some bars do "deals" where you buy a "bucket of beers" at a slightly reduced rate, not really ideal if you are drinking on your own.
If you do go there I advise getting the express train into town which takes 30 minutes and costs £7, when you arrive at Sentral station buy a coupon from the budget taxi desk for the remaining few miles, my cab cost under £3.
Many cab drivers don't want to use the meter, especially at night, but the fixed price they quote will only be a bit over the meter ------- in any case there is a 50% supplement on the meter between midnight and 6am.

Ladyboys -------- they are not allowed into the Beach Club but you will see a few loitering outside in the early hours, easy to spot though.
Street action --------- not too much that I saw but when the Beach Club closes at 3am many of the girls move next door to a sort of Beer Garden where they sell food.
SPAs ----------- didn't try but you will be approached by guys trying to talk you into visiting one, no doubt their commission will be added to your fee.
Language --------- Unlike Thailand, almost everyone speaks English but don't expect the Viet Nam girls to know more than the basic phrases, if you want conversation stick to the Phillippine girls.
Safety --------- I never felt any danger walking around at night, only saw one security guard with a gun, that was an upmarket watch store in the Pavilion shopping mall.
Fake watches -------- quite a good selection but they start off at totally stupid prices, I was quoted £25 and eventually paid £10, probably still got overcharged.
Currency -------- the local currency is the Malaysian ringit, roughly 5 to the £ ------- but only change a small amount at the Airport, I got 458 for £100 -------- as oppose to 490 in town, many licenced money changers in the tourist areas.
Monorail ------ another convenient way to explore the city, fares 25 to 30 pence, easy to use, no ticket machines.
KL Monorail -------       External Link/Members Only
Internet ------ lots of free Wi-Fi at places like Starbucks, or else internet cafes at about 60 pence an hour, plugs are standard UK three pin to recharge your laptop or phone.

For fox ache, Jimmy !!! I'm not one to criticise,  but I hope you gave her the Crocodile Dundee gender test before proceeding with any hanky-panky? Does that hand signal indicate how many testicles 'she' has still got left?

Very informative review, though. One of my ex-colleagues recently returned home to KL. Will see if he can provide any further info.

1)  Ladyboys are not allowed inside the Beach Club Cafe.

2)  I don't think it is possible for a Ladyboy to have a soaking wet pussy.

You removed posts that highlighted a worry that the far east has it's fair share of Ladyboys and that the piccie of Kim from Vietnam suggests that perhaps even you JRC, may have succumbed. Of course, I wasn't in the bed with you and Kim, so I guess we'll have to take your word for it.  :) :)

Going to KL in August for a couple weeks

Punted plenty before in UK and Europe, but never ASIA

Looking for some information.

More expensive to get a girl sent to your room through a agency i guess?

Having a look at spas and beach club but wouldnt mind a voice of experience

Thanks in advance

I suggest spending some time reading External Link/Members Only

In terms of what you might be looking for, EscortSpa88 and KLEscortOnline offers outcalls and they are the alleged 'quality providers' priced at the RM150 - 180 range.
If you are looking for cheaper incalls, it seems TomYam Lee HomeCook/Sawatdee Massage are on the lower end of the spectrum at RM120 - RM150 or so.
These are the four agency SPs I would recommend as they've been in the trade for a while and have built up some reputation.

Regarding the girls, those from People's Republic of China (PRC) have the problem of being notorious for providing a 'wooden' service and not being able to speak English.
However, as you are probably a foreigner to them, your mileage may vary.

Thai girls, on the other hand, are generally known to provide good service and may speak basic English (that being said, it may not be as good as your run-of-the-mill EE's level of English)
About their negatives, take any photos of them with fair skin with a pinch of salt ... they are usually darker skinned and infamous for using photoshopped pics.
I can't comment on Vietnamese/Indonesian girls as I've yet to actually try one out but from what I've heard, they should be quite friendly and have the same level of English as Thais.

Have fun!  :hi:

Why on earth would you want to use an agency. ??????

There are always 50+ girls to choose from at the Beach Club, you get the chance to interview them over a drink before you decide, with an agency you could be sent a right old dog.

Because £60 - £100 is tourist rip off prices? I've used agencies exclusively in KL, at most I've paid £70 for 2 hours ST. Also, I've never gotten a 'right old dog' as I've always mirrored them (selected the girl in person)

According to recent reviews, the quality of service from Beach Club girls seems to have fallen poorly. There are even reports dating back to 2012 which warns of girls giving you a rushed service once money changes hands. In situations like this, you won't be able to do anything about it but in the case of agencies, you can sort it out with the pimp/manager (known colloquially as Or Kui Tao or OKT) who usually favours the client especially if you've built rapport with them.

I used the Spas in a couple of the hotels back in 2010 and it worked well. Good choice of girls , food and drinks included and approx £40/hr

Several of the "foot massage" places offered a girl for FS when the foot massage was refused but I didn't take them up on the offer

Lots of useful info on ISG

Better value indeed, pay £30 extra and get equal amount of time for sex after subtracting sleep hours.
Regarding tourist traps, which is more likely to be one? A club/bar/place more frequented by tourist/foreigners or service providers used by locals?

In any case, I have contributed my piece and I know many other locals who use SPs and are completely satisfied with their service, as evidenced in the forum link provided above.
With this, I leave you to do your own homework  :hi:

Sorry taking a while to post but home circumstances mean it's not v often I can get on here.

Regarding the non-punting stuff most of the early posts from JRC hold true.  Beer is much cheaper if you drink from street stalls, but it's still v expensive in Malaysia.  The reason is that it's a majority-Muslim country so they take the view that's it's ok to tax the hell out of us infidels.  In KL you should pay about RM13-17 for a large Tiger (£1 = ~RM4.8).  If you drink only from the bars of 5 star hotels in London you'll get caned and KL is no different.  There are pubs in KL but most of them are run by gangsters and I find them pretty featureless and occasionally hostile (but see exception later).  I prefer to drink in a street stall, grab some food if I'm hungry and watch the world go by.  Don't be squeamish about eating from street stalls, it's how Malaysians eat and you'll get some great food and experiences.  Jalan Alor, which runs parallel to Bukit Bintang is a great area for stalls, food and drinking, they stay open till very late.  Contradicting my earlier advice there are actually a some decent pubs near hear as well - on Changkat Bukit Bintang, which is just around the corner.  Take care with your stuff around here, street crime is very bad - more later.  Petaling Street (where you get the fake watches) has good food stalls but beware of touts.  There's a lot of upmarket eateries around Bukit Bintang.  Also nearby are a couple of interesting malls - Sungei Wang and Low Yat Plaza.  The latter is all things tech but know your stuff and be prepared to bargain hard - start off with about 35-40% of the asking price and you should not pay much above half the original asking prices. Don't be afraid to walk if the price isn't to your liking, so long as you look as though you mean it then more often than not it soon will be(same applies to the ladies as well!! - see later).  Some good deals to be had if you're a gadget boy but I'd avoid if you don't know your stuff, there's also a lot of scams and fakes.

A good 4 star hotel can be had around here for £40-£50 per night and will be near Bukit Bintang area.  Use the train to get from the airport  to centre of KL (KL Express, tickets cost RM35), and then a taxi to your hotel - you can go to a desk and get a pre-paid ticket.  btw some airlines (inc. MAS and Emirates) allow you to check-in at the station on your return flight to the UK, which avoids you lugging your bag on the train.  Taxis are meant to keep their meters on but this is enforced v haphazardly and your chances of getting a taxi to use the meter after midnight are slim and around Beach Club / B-Bintang, pretty well non-existent.

One point where I am going to disagree with JRC is on safety.  Street crime, especially snatch-thieving, is rampant and out of control, and as a tourist you are a target.  Common MO is 2 guys on a moped, one drives and the other snatches.  They are more often than not armed with Parangs (machetes) which they won't hesitate to use if you resist and are frequently high as a kite.  There have been cases of people killed or seriously injured because they didn't or couldn't let go when their bag was snatched and got dragged under traffic, and people killed or seriously injured when they've resisted and the parangs have come out.  To redress the balance, several snatchers have been killed or injured when they've been caught and locals have taken the law into their own hands.  Usual precautions apply - don't flash your stuff, wear a cheap watch, chains stay in the hotel safe, try to walk away from the edge of the pavement, keep your bag facing inwards, carry only the cash and other stuff that you need, have a spare credit card back in your hotel room and keep your senses about you - I'd avoid getting legless.  Snatching occurs at all times of day, including in broad daylight on packed streets but is obviously worse at night.  If you are a victim, don't resist - though the likelihood is that it will be over and done with before you even realise what's going on.

Bukit Bintang is incidentally a former RLD and you still get streetwalkers there, nearly all PRC's.  I tried one once out of curiosity and paid RM150 - she was no looker but a marvellous shag, not something I'd repeat though.  There's a lot of building work going on at the moment because the metro is being extended and new station built so expect pavements even more crowed and traffic even more chaotic than normal.  You will also get hassled by touts offering girls on Bukit Bintang - I don't ever buy anything from a tout, whether it's a girl or anything else.

For the punting, JRC is right on the nail - you really don't need to go any further than The Beach Club and his description of what you'll find there is v accurate.  Price wise, it's down to you, those girls will take as much as you want to give them, but for overnights you should pay about RM300 - 400.  They'll generally start by asking RM800 or even more; if you've reached an impasse at RM500-600, don't be afraid to say no deal, and walk off.  You'll be amazed how quickly the price comes down, so long as you look like you mean it.  I always go for an overnight, (and I book my hotel as a couple!!), so I can't comment on prices for ST.  There are a lot of LB's and other street walkers outside, never tried either.  There's also 2 /3 other clubs directly opposite and some nearby bars that have hookers, but the choice and standard isn't as good as Beach Club.  Watch out for the Viet girls - cunning little vixens, though damn pretty and usually v good.  They will often try to take payment beforehand - and of course after a couple of hours of your "overnight", they will be ill, or their friend will be in trouble and they have to go, or....etc.  And 20 minutes after whatever calamity befell them they'll be back in the Beach Club trying to get another fee for the night.  It's not worth starting the hunt for overnights until midnight and always make sure before you leave the Beach Club that the lady understands and accepts that she's getting paid in the morning.

I've tried the massage parlour stuff and generally in my view is it's pretty good value.  There's different types; along the streets of Bukit Bintang you will see numerous girls sitting on chairs holding cards offering massages.  The format is the same - the girls are usually ok looking- but with the occasional old bat, who I've always avoided - but not stunners, and often in their 30's or 40's.  You will get a proper massage by a girl who knows what she's doing at the rate shown on the card (but ask for a small discount) and part way though you'll be asked if you want a special.  This should cost you about RM150.  Whilst the format is the same the experience can be variable - again the girls will ask stupid money to start with and don't be afraid to say you just want a straight massage if the price doesn't seem to be coming down.  I've had a couple of skanky HJ's but I've also had several that were brilliant.  I had one regular PRC that I used to visit for about 3 years, but sadly she's been moved out by the construction works, and despite having her phone number I can't find her anymore.  Depends on circumstances and personal taste but often a good proper massage finished off with a good HJ can be better than FS.

Finally there are Spa's.  Some of them are standalone and some within hotels and generally my experience again is very positive.  You will pay about RM198 (the price is always RMxx8 for some reason that I've never figured) for 45 minutes with the lady.  Green Elephant, which I've been to a few times has mainly local Malaysian - if you do go there ask for Farah.  E2 is popular but I've never been.  Nova Hotel is my favourite, they have a selection of Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese or PRC's.  The girls are generally ok, and you should have 6/7 to choose from, which gives enough choice to avoid the occasional munter, and I've had 3/4 absolute crackers as well.  Good option if you just get a random attack of desire in the trouser dept, or to finish off a hot and sweaty afternoon of shopping, or as a prelude to a night on the beer.

Do be aware about the crime but don't let that put you off - the Malaysians who aren't trying to mangle you with a parang (which is 99% of them) are a generally friendly - be friendly and open, mix in, eat the local food, speak to your hotel staff for tips about where the locals go, and you'll have a great time.  And that's before you even set eyes on the ladies!! :dancegirl:

Anyway I think that's enough from me and apologies for the length but I hope you find bits of this useful and I'm as jealous as hell.

Had a great time in KL.

Beach club on my Saturday night was brilliant, loads of ladies to choose from. Eventually picked a PRC, 50 quid for 1 hour. Pretty good

Had 4 massages with a happy ending. Ranged from 9 to 20 quid. Tried my luck one day and got a hour massage with a happy wank for 9 quid

Picked up a street girl aswell, 35 quid. Was too drunk to fuck just just tossed my self off into her mouth.

Food was great, found a nice little place selling food and beer. Got a bottle of skol beer for around 3 quid

Lovely people aswell. Enjoyed my trip and hopefully work need me over there again

Just got back from KL as well ... glad to hear you had a good time but hate to tell you that you may have been ripped off a little.
I found plenty of PRC whom I could've done for ~£35 p/h, not at Beach Club of course.

Still, it's hell of a great value ... especially in light of the weak ringgit against pound. And on top of that, other SE Asia WGs (which I usually go for) have lower rates than PRCs  :yahoo:

I'd still suggest using the agencies listed on this forum: External Link/Members Only
KLStarClub/TomyamLee Homecook are among the better ones I've used this trip, the 2 WGs out of 5 or more I shagged that gave me DFK came from them (It's a rare service I believe, what with conservative Asians & all)

But if you prefer good ol' window shopping then yes Bukit Bintang or, more specifically, Jalan Alor's the place to be. Had a local friend show me around & all the renowned spas/local streetwalkers are concentrated there.
The catch with spas is that they're relatively expensive in comparison though so make sure you get a B2B massage/Fire & Ice BJ if you pay RM200++

Speaking of B2B, my mate led me to a whole street filled with massage parlours this time around on Jalan Kuchai Maju 2.
What I really like about them is they effectively provide all spa services but the cost is cheaper at about RM150-160 max, so it's well worth it imho if you can travel to Kuchai Lama. My recommendation would be (look for this sign):

The parlour should be on 1st or 2nd floor, through the glass doors past the beaded curtains.

Edit: Extra info

Thanks a lot, I'm definitely going to look into the escort agencies you mentioned, but I'll pay a visit to the Beach club as well, just for the experience :)

Why anybody would consider an escort agency in the Far East is a total mystery to me.     :unknown: :unknown: :unknown:

The Beach Club has a terrific selection of girls from many different countries plus you get to "interview" them first to judge their attitude and English skills.

I asked for some info on KL a few days ago and now it's time to return the favour.

The first two days I tried spa's, I went to Saboon and E2 Spa, paid about RM250 in both places and had a chinese girl with some basic service, for about 30 minutes. I'd recommend the spa's if you don't want to spend too much time and effort and just want to get to the action. Maybe my standards are low, but I thought most girls they had on offer were very good looking.

The next day I went to the beach club and picked up a vietnamese girl for 350 all night, I don't like describing things in too much detail, but I was very happy with her.

The next day I planned on going to the Beach club, but I saw a black girl with an insane body in a bar and changed my mind. RM 300 for a couple of hours.

My hotel was seasons View, no complaints there about me taking girls to the room.

Good report FP, nice to read a new report, many come on here and asks questions, but never come back and give back, so thank you, Beach club sounds interesting, so around 60 quid for a all night, that's similar now to what many gogo girls in BKK and Patts want these days.

It all depends on circumstances, if you go to the beach club at 10 pm I wouldn't expect to find anyone for that price. I can't remember when I got there, but it was well after midnight so prices were lower.

Overnighters from the Beach Club are normally £100 ----------------- maybe you could do a deal when it gets late.

I never returned to Kuala Lumpur because the drink was too expensive, £5 for a small bottle of local beer.
