people should be aware that its completley illegal not to desclose their sex. in fact its been illegal for a long time. it comes under "sex by deception" .ok, so they are legally female but straight men and lesbians all have the right to consent to wheather they will to be sexually active with a biological male. if u take away that right to consent and are sexually active its seual assault... consent matters
the problem is that as men we are to afraid to come farward to tell the bizzies... oh and everyone on her bangs hookers, its hardly what you wanna advertise

The article you have linked does not actually illustrate the law accurately.
In my opinion. It's a self obsessed opinion piece by a deranged trans. Sorry! Am I not allowed to say that? I realised by paragraph 4 that this article was not written by a woman. I scrolled back up the page to see who the author was, which confirmed she was a trans activist. From paragraph 5 onwards that's exactly what (s)he confirms.
It would have been more useful to provide the link to the case notes summary being discussed (not even directly linked in that article):
External Link/Members OnlyUnfortunately, this case does not actually confirm that it is illegal for Trans women not to disclose their original gender history. The discussion revolves on case law relating to the Sexual Offences Acts 2003 sections 2 and 74-76, which specifically relates to an individual penetrating a vagina or anus. (The case was about a woman that was pretending to be a man penetrated a natural woman with fingers and dildo.)
As punters, and "penetrator's", it is unlikely that we would be covered be the act or by this case law. Unless you are engaging a WG for prostate massage or "pegging" and later find out (s)he was a he. Even then I'm not sure this 2013 precedent would have you covered.
I do think case law protecting men from deceptive trans "women" will arise in the not too distant future. I may be wrong, but I don't think it has hit the law books just yet.
