Have you tried NOT searching for transexuals? :D

Only kidding, I see the problem (listed as "female" but not "TV/TS").

In this circumstance the blacklist is your friend (bottom left of profile). I do this for all BB girls in areas I'm interested in (for example).
 
Since I don't punt in Cardiff (did once in Newport 'though!) Ive just tested this by just blacklisting the profile and searched for female only in Cardiff and lo and behold, no more Khloe-Kardiff in the results. :thumbsup:

Edit: obviously this only works if you search while logged in to AW.
