I'm relatively new to punting. I had found Cara's profile while looking for mature women around Cheltenham.

Lack luster is a spelling mistake for lacklustre which means lacking in vitality, force, or conviction; uninspired or uninspiring.  Basically someone going through the motions with no enthusiasm.

Cannot speak for Roth on what he meant by dodgy as this will have a few potential meanings.

The ones that mind usually put an age limit on their profile so wouldn't worry about that, note it was a neutral rather than negative so you might be better off doing a short one to see if she is suitable for your expectations.
