Your experience is in line with my last two visits, although last time I had less B2B than you did, AND I forked out another £20 for perfunctory oral.  In fact perfunctory is the word to describe all the extras in my experience - the massage has always been OK, and the HR good, but any other extras feel to be a waste of money.

I have given up on Phoenix Spa for that reason, If I'm having a massage and HR with no other extras then there's better quality and better value within walking distance.  If nudity and a grope feels worth the extra, then it seems to be reliably offered at PS

I've just seen this place on google street view. Looks to be in a busy area, is there a back entrance or do you have to enter/exit right on to the road?

Often traffic backed up right outside as well.
