My 2 cents....... My first review happened to be of Dior. At first it wasn't posted as admin said it read like an advert. Even the revised one that was posted is a bit much when I look back. It was purely down to not really knowing how to write one. However, my point really is, there's nothing wrong with a fluffy review or a bare bones review. If you have no respect for punters here, why bother posting? If you really respect punters here, why post a review like that?

Here we post reviews with a view to the punter. We post because we respect other punters here and a) don't want them to be ripped off, and b) want them to have a good time.  Of course in return we expect honest reviews so we can avoid being ripped off and maximise our punts ourselves. 

Even the very fluffiest of us on this site - of which I am often accused of being - can recognise a deliberate touting review when we see it.  Your review simply does not read as genuine, it's like an AdultWork review - all gushing praise - and if we wanted to read those we would go to AW.  There are other sites where that style of review are always welcome like Pro$$ieNet.
