W/G do move on but as long as there money to be made, new ones start.
This cycle, was around before we were born and will continue, long after we have gone.
Yeah, people eventually retire, I get that... it happens in every profession!
But not all in the space of one month!
There is usually a 'filtering' process over time, old stars leave, new stars are born!
When staggered over a year, it gives these poor boys a period of adjustment, or grieving, whatever you'd like to call it. But this is almost like the huge red switch to the power grid being snapped into the off position! lol
We're not talking about an individual here, this is a whole emergency service team retiring! lol
I realise there is nothing anyone can do, I'm just saying WTF!!!???
