There are several ways to 'push' business and mentioning it in ever single thread persistently is one way.... I would think its Abi's hubby.... I'm just not sure how much these rather annoying messages will help her to get customers.

Pure speculation - I think Abbi is professional and would have nothing to do with the practices you are inferring.

Ramadan, girls are generally quiet this time of year, going in to holiday season as well not as much spare cash out there.
