What does this error message usually mean?

The following problem(s) were detected:
•Sorry, this member's profile information cannot be presented at this time.

I am getting this with Jasmine Kisses. I would say 99% of the time when trying to view her profile although, today, I've not been able to access it at all!!! I can see her come up in a "general" search (all WG's in NE, etc) but, as soon as I click on her link, I get this error.

I can communicate with her via AW, no problems there!!!

I've had this problem for weeks, mostly with JK but it seems back to normal now. I think it might have something to do with my VPN connection to work or the IE cache just needed flushing.
