You guys can be so harsh. She's quite cute, and the "just got out of bed and need to look glum for a passport photo" look wouldn't be flattering to anyone.

I second that. I've seen her previously when she cared a bit about her job. Even after reading above review I thought she must have just had a bad day. I had Exactly the same experience, don't touch this,  don't do that and hung over.
