Complete waste of time. Skipped out of work today and travelled 45mins on a sweltering tube to go see her. Had called and agreed to meet at 1:30, cleaerly spoke to the maid. Anyway, arrived at Walthamstow station, text to confirm i was 5 mins away replied as fine, still on for 1:30, call when you are at the HSBC. Anyway got to HSBC and called, was given the adress and told to come to the door. Knocked on the door and then was greated by Lisa who told me that she was busy and had just had another client come and would be an hour.

Anyway - i was pretty furious by this, told her that she need to so better. Cleaerly they turn around quick and come on a first come first serve so appointments mean nothing. Was called by the maid who appologised and said that she thought the customer who knocked was me... somehow literally in the 30 seconds i spoke to the maid someone else came along?! yeah right!!

Anyway, pissed me right off as i didnt have a back up plan and wasted 2.5 hours of my life.

That being said it is definately the girl in the pics... basedon the other positive reviews i may give it another go at some point as it seems like a good punt but was really hacked off by this experience

Not good - and a def Negative - were you offered a discount or special rates / extra time on your next visit to compensate the 2.5 hour lost ?

OP, you did right to tell her - to her face, I presume - that this is unacceptable. What was her attitude as you did so?
Good that the maid called but disappointing that they failed to salvage the situation.
