Yes I have been using it many times.

I have been to both Krakow and Warsaw. For punting Warsaw is miles better than Krakow in term of the quantity, quality of girls, and price..
But Krakow is good if you want to combine punting with sightseeing.

Polish regular train from Krakow to Warsaw is very cheap so for punting, it is good to consider Warsaw as well when you are in Krakow
