After today's frustration in dealing with Diamonds I'm going to impose a ban on myself ever using them again.

Tried to arrange an appointment today, eventually getting through after being engaged for 15 minutes. (Quite used to hearing that tone from the other bookings I've had with diamonds)
New girl Leah was busy, so settled on Sophia - at a flat I hadn't visited before.

Waited for the usual partial address to be texted through. Which only came 30minutes prior to the appointment. No idea why it wasn't sent through straight away.

So quickly headed over to the Gateshead flat, called to confirm I was there on time. The receptionist said '1 minute will have to check Sophia is ready' and hangs up on me?
I call back and she explains its an old mobile they have, so have to hang up to text Sophia to see if she's ready. Never had to do this before.
I get off the phone and waited for a confirmation text on the street corner like a lemon for 10 minutes, so got cold feet and walked.
Text eventually came through on my way home, with just a flat number and nothing else.

With plenty of agencies and indys to choose from, This has been the straw that has broken the camels back with Diamonds.

I am still waiting after two full weeks for George (the owner) to come back off Holiday to speak to Zara two weeks later from my disasterous punt due to their shit telephone connection (for what reason they need to speak to Zara, I don't know as it was them who mucked up not Zara).

But having a 2G phone as the only line to get in contact with them for punts. When they will be raking in hundreds of pounds a minute from punts is a complete joke of the highest order.

They could literally go to CEX in town and buy a Google Nexus 4 from CEX for £70 used and use this to take the ruddy calls.

They have turned into a complete mockery as an escort agency with a crap phone that cannot take calls is almost something like a punchline to a bad joke.

I don't think they will. I get the feeling they will suddenly start thinking to themselves "men must have just gone off having sex".

You need to tell them what the issue is first, even though they will ignore it. And then don't go back till they fix it.

If they are so stupid to not think for themselves of maybe getting a decent phone and a decent network provider (than the current O2), to take all the calls with. Then you obviously need to tell them basically for them to twig on as they wont realize it themselves.

I've said this before but I'll say it again...When I book a girl via Amour I KNOW it will go ahead with no hassle at all but with Diamonds it is an absolute lottery until I am actually in the room with the girl and preferably not bumping into Bob The Buider in the showers.

I`ll not be using them again.....left standing outside a block of flats for 20 mins waiting for a flat number that still hasnt arrived yet.
Gave them a second chance and they mucked that up as well.

I've not had to use Diamonds for well over 3 years thank God.

Took my business elsewhere and I am ever so pleased that I did.

Basically they are a shite agency, but no doubt got some corking girls working for them.

It does work, when I voted with feet, they gave me 3 freebies including an hour punt. I then still fucked them off to teach them a lesson

I stopped using diamonds last year ,,, if you can get through to them. Or as previous posts point out  they send you the Address 20 to 30 mins before the booking ,,,  it's a joke
For amazing customer service  use Amore.  ,,,, spot on every time. Not only on bookings but customer service ,,,  can not go wrong. ,,,

I wouldnt go back to Diamonds either after a disaster a couple of weeks ago when 15mins before the appointment i got a text saying the girl had rung in sick, funny that she started at 10am and this was 1.30pm, I had travelled over 60 miles and didnt even get an apology , Now i deal with Allure all the time when i can ,the girl on the phone is top class,the last punt i had was with Katy in Ashington for 30mins ,ended up up only getting 20 mins after she wasnt answering the door which was a pity because i really enjoyed my time with her, alas she has left  ,this wasnt Allures fault as she didnt hear me knocking

No didnt want to cause any bother and was wanting to see her again , I actually arrived 15 mins early and phoned allure if it was ok to go up which was granted , couldnt find the door of the flat which was my fault so the booking took place nearly  at the time i first asked , thats when i kept on knocking and wasnt getting an answer, really should have phoned Allure but always leave my phone in the car which was a  street away , so cannot blame allure at all, Katy did apologise saying she didnt hear me knock .Tried to make another booking with her but she had already left allure, was told she wouldnt phone to say she was ok after the punter had left which in her job is a safety issue and allure couldnt rely on her to do this for her own safety

Wait, so the appointment starts from the set time, rather than when you actually get in? Seems like a rip off. I always assumed the time began when you where there on the premises, or better, when you're actually in the room with the girl doing what you came for.

Also, in this specific instance, if she knew she had a booking at a certain time, you'd think she'd be ready, and listening for the door since she'd be expecting someone. What on Earth was she doing so that she couldn't hear the knocking? Weird.

I changed the appointment by15 mins and Allure  told me to go up as she hadnt anybody in with her, when i couldnt find the door this took the time nearly to my original appointment ,she could of  thought i wasnt turning up, even though she told me her next booking was an hour after mine finished maybe she should have gave me the full 30 mins ,but i was the one who was late after not being able to find the door in the first place

Not used diamonds for several years, 3, I think, before that 75% of bookings went wrong for one reason or another.

Didn't turn up, she was an hour late, lost her key, etc, etc, etc.

Heard that Diamonds was under new ownership from one of the girls who is still there, no idea if she was talking rubbish though.

Had a few girls not answering the door, I knock loudly, wait a minute or so and still knocking, then I go and don't go back.
