I would say she must be closer to 40, and is no way as attractive as the photos on her AW profile would suggest.  Indeed I don't think the photos are actually of Tammy.

Personally I think the age is right.
The photos, possibly taken a while back, but yes they are her.
Everyone has a different perspective on attractiveness.
