The assumptions here seem to be that in order to be a "real" escort you should be happy to let anyone fuck you. The truth as we all know it is different. As anyone who's spent more than 10 minutes browsing SAAFE knows, any sensible escort will have screening procedures in place that enable them to be as confident as they can possibly be that the guy they're going to see is someone they don't mind seeing. Given the intimate nature of the transaction involved these security procedures seem entirely reasonable and sane and moreover, as a punter, I'd be very wary of any girl that didn't have them in place.
It is absolutely within any girls' rights to choose who she will and won't see. If she decides only to see regulars that's her choice.
