Vivian has to get her PHD in sex to able ask same price as Ameera 
Having punted a few W/G my self.
I found Ameera service good although. I didn't indulge my self, as far as some (punters) have with her. And maybe I would if (and when) I returned
But to state
PHD is a little excessive (IMO)
That being said, everyone takes, something a little different from each punt. Thus what works for 1 punter, may not work for another!
As for pricing its up to the W/G what they charge. Some punters will pay the fee and other won't and move on.
Price may affect, a punters choices and VFM is perceived in different ways:
quantity vs quality, prepossessing vs services, attitude vs requirements (to list a few)
But there no direct correlation between price and the quality of service, a W/G provides (IMO)
I found during my time punting (I've not review all the W/Gs I've punted). That some of my better punts have been priced between:
£60 - £80 P/H range. And some of these W/G could enlighten the others (that may charge more P/H)
But I've had some good punts in the £80-£130 range as well.
At the end of the day its the W/G that make the difference.
I have punted Vivian (more than Ameera) and found booking (Vivian) combined with her services, attitude, price and location works very well for me (previously and currently).
Personally I would find Ameera a more convincing alternative if she had the common decency to respond to emails.

I found her comms very good when setting up my punt, but it
did take over 2 weeks to make it work. (All via my mobile phone, not A/W)
When I punt its not the norm for me to advance book. If any thing the opposite is, more common place. I like to punt when I desire or crave

I digress a little (Sorry, more of a rant)As for A/W:
I have very little use of some parts of the system. As its to open to abuse (IMO). Don't get me wrong, it has some good points.
But I often cringe (and or frown) at how some use (and or abuse it).
The feed back system:
You must have (insert number) of positive feed back to book me
No thanks I will spend my hard earned cash else where.
No phone numbers listed on profiles (which costs credits) and or replies to comms, I will book else where
PG and the credit system:
The costs and how some accounts get limited and or removed for A/W benefit and not the real users
ie
Good service providers (W/G) that may amass credits or have issues (not always of their own making) that erases or removes access.
Punters wasting credits on PG/RB (etc) that don't really offer anything (scammers, time wasters looking for your credits)
