Phoned up and specifically confirmed that DFK was available and included in hourly price and there were no extra charges
Got address which is modern apartments next to the station where

On arrival I again confirmed DFK before handing money over and taking a shower.
Pictures are accurate and she was dressed in suspenders and well groomed.
