Looks 7/10 - Tanyah is a very attractive lady, the photos don't really convey how good she looks when you meet her. She has a naughty glint in her eyes when you see her. She's size 12-14 IMO but carries it very well. Her boobs are a nice handful!
Service 9/10 - recently I have had a preference for mature ladies over 40 because there's more chance that they are doing this out of choice, and really enjoy it! Tanyah provides a superb GFE vanilla experience which is what I look for. Really tactile, makes the right noises without being OTT, kisses very passionately (or at least she did with me), great OWO which she does while fixing her gaze into your eyes, happy to take CIM. And she gets very wet during reverse oral, I think she's wonderful.
Car parking 4/5 - no parking directly outside her place, but there is plenty of car parking which is chargeable but here's a top tip: if you park in one of the nearby bays go to the ticket machine and press the green button, you will be given a 30 minute ticket for free! So 30 minute bookings are ideal if travelling by car.
Premises 4/5 - an interesting place situated in a mews. As David said, the old guy opens the door, you have a nice chat with him, he leads you from the courtyard into the flat to meet Tanyah at the top of the stairs. The flat itself is very nicely laid out, very clean, well looked after. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom.
Value for money 10/10 - I saw Tanyah when she was charging £50 for 30 minutes and £70 for an hour. She has raised her prices since but even at the new prices I think she is excellent value for money.
Total 34/40 - I have seen Tanyah a few times now, fortunately she isn't located too far for me to see her. I plan on seeing her many more times while she is in South Woodford!
