For a start, don't use the AW app, then when you view a profile you can highlight, copy and then paste a link.

Paste it in the middle of the brackets that appear if you press the icon above the text box that looks like a globe with a clipboard infront of it

They are square brackets with 'url' in the first, and '/url' in the second one...hey presto, a link appears
