Suspect that this may be a genuine massage establishment where no 'extras' are available. A quick phone call or text should find out. With two couches so close together it is either legit or they expect everybody to get very chummy.

FBSM is a speciality of mine and I prefer it to punting (there I said it!)

That advert (esp) Backpage one suggests extras are on offer. But, unless you have a firm recommendation be prepared for a case of WSWS (Will She, Won't She) and YMMV. Since the recent policy changes on Gumtree came into effect, seeking out a specialist offering extras isn't as straight forward.

I'd be more inclined to check the relevant sections on VivaStreet, where you often get to see a picture.

Note that many providers will not confirm details over the phone, but you'll get a sense whether they provide extras. YMMV!!!

Yeah, I've only went for FBSM so far, like to get a proper massage into the bargain 
Find it more of a challenge going to gumtree ect.. Than going directly to AW.

Yup I've sampled a massage from these two probably about 18 months ago. Did a mini review on a another thread but having trouble linking it. I wouldn't return.
