Was on a training course in London and stuck up a RB for a early morning outcall.  Liz replied saying she couldn't do 9AM, but could meet at 07.30!

Yes, paid for an hour, after accepting her RB, which was lower than the advertised rate.  I think the infall rates are high as she will have to work from a hotel maybe.  If you book a travelodge, you might be in luck, but she hasn't bid on any of my RBs lately, so she might now be too popular, I haven't seen her in a few months
