I have sent a booking form. How do I know it has been accepted on AW
We have agreed by email before I sent the booking form

Like any messages sent, AW will display the time that the recipient read the booking request.
On the Emails & Bookings tab, click on All Correspondence. From there, seek out your request (under the 3rd column, Type)
It is then up to the WG to confirm the meet. In my admittedly limited experience, if you have been in communications prior to the booking request, they may not contact you until either the day before or on the day itself.
