The flat was about a 10 min walk from Manor House in one of the laddered streets. Her virtual tour gives you a feel for the bedroom. The rest of the flat is not particularly nice. There is a large soft spot in the flooring on the way to the bath. The bath has no shower curtain and is in pretty poor condition.
Comms were mostly by text. I got the post code before setting out which gave me the street name. Final arrival was through a mix of text and phone call.
As has been previously pointed out and as her profile suggests, she is a bit, shall we say, unconventional. It's not meant in a bad way, but she is quite dogmatic that you follow her instructions precisely and has little sympathy for attempts to sidestep them. That being said, she's actually a nice person, once she warms to you, but I felt like I was being lectured to for the first 10 mins in the flat. "Sit here", "don't undress", "listen to me", "let me explain you the service", "don't move". My advice would be to smile, nod knowingly and follow the instructions.
The pics give a reasonable indication of what she looks like facially but that's about it. She is much larger than the pics would suggest with a large, protruding tummy. Listed age is 26. I would have pegged her at early 30s.
We started off with the body to body massage. There is no conventional massage aspect to her massage routine. Condom went on at the outset as did about a half a bottle of baby oil, mostly on me and some on her. The rest of the bottle was applied at half-time and the condom was replaced. All of the body to body massage was performed with me on my back (or her on hers). It's at this point that her personality starts to shine through. She's quite playful and teasing, with the body slides occasionally interrupted for a bit of cheeky insertion which brought a look of mock surprise to her face even though she initiated it. You get the sense that she enjoys giving you pleasure and also receiving pleasure. Eventually the body to body morphs into a full service session. There wasn't any kissing or oral in my session.
I would rate the service aspect alone as a positive. I think her service represents very good value (think of it as a poor man's nuru massage with FS thrown in). The flat is neutral to borderline negative. I didn't find her particularly attractive and I could do without the sternness of the initial communications (though I can understand why she does it) and have ended up at neutral.
