Anyway, contacted the agent (email only) and had prompt and polite responses (via email) saying she was available. I confirmed the booking with them around 4pm for an 8pm incall in Mayfair.

Headed to town for drinks and emailed them twice around 6pm for further details. Nothing. Reached 7pm - still no address or telephone number sent, so a 3rd and final email pinged. Nothing at all since. Although her AW profile has already disappeared, she is still on the agency site.
