5 Steps for Dealing With Someone Who Won't Stop Talking. See below some info and some H&L advice for summers future customers that are no doubt still in a very short line waiting to see this lovely lady 
1. First, listen—but not for too long. As you are listening, try to formulate for yourself what this person is trying to communicate:
H&L insight - I am talking your time away at £2.50 a minute, drinking your wine fully clothed and you have no chance of fucking me 
2. After listening for a little while and formulating what they are trying to communicate, ask them if they would mind terribly if you interrupt them.
H&L insight – After 10 minutes, get your cock out and request she puts other orals skills into practice. 
3. When you interrupt, be ready to say something about what you hear them saying. Don’t go for a deep psychological explanation.
H&L insight – What I hear you spouting is as boring as shit Summer, so let’s do something else for the remaining 1 hour and 50 minutes. Beware though she might have bought travel scrabble with her. 
4. Don’t stop with a comment about them. H&L insight –
I have worked my arse off to earn £300 to pay for this visit, now it’s time you did the same.5. Stop the conversation when it goes on too long. It’s really not damaging to tell someone who you’ve been listening to for more time than you have to spare.
H&L insight – Not sure about the word damaging but her business must be in tatters, any reputation she might have had is long gone as are her profile photos and contact details. There used to be a British Telecom advert confirming it’s good to talk. Hasn’t turned out that way for Summer
