Sophie is a very busy lady and rightly so for the service she delivers is top class and IMHO (for whatever it is worth) the best I've had so far. Perfect location for me as I am on the Quays and she is a few minutes walk from me. Though her profile says she is based in Salford Quays, she is just off the Quays (technically speaking).
