A review as per Sir Franks back in December.

I contacted her to make a booking weeks before as i was away working, she replied giving a date and time.
I've then contacted her a few days before to see if we were still on and she comes back to me denying all knowledge of any booking.
Again she's given another date and i've replied but no reply back.

Simply put, just not good enough.

If I had, I would have put your name in my diary, given you my personal phone number or asked you to send me an official booking request. As I'm fully booked till mid February and everybody still due to see me has been given my number, there has been no need for me to reply to my AW emails every single day..  I was going to put an hour aside later this evening to reply to any email enquiries sent in the last 72 hours so you would have had your response then. I simply don't deserve a negative review because an email wasn't answered quick enough!

Bristol - when katie replied to you the first time did she suggest a date and time or did she confirm a date or time? Post the email - if it reads like a suggestion then the negative wont stand unless you've sent a confirmation email. If it reads like a confirmation then the negative should stand.

The rules here are that it does not have to be a formal booking request but it can be a verbal confirmation as well (either phone call or E-mail) I.e WG suggests time and then you confirm and say you can do that time/confirm = a booking.

Sounds like a communication breakdown and I agree it should not be a negative review.

If a girl suggests a date/time to me I always reply to confirm and then create an AW booking stating "as agreed in email 27/01/15 10:15" or whatever so there is no misunderstanding

Sorry bristolbcfc but i think you're responsible for this one unless you replied with confirmation at the time of the offer.

He said she 'gave' him a date and time. 'Suggest' and 'Gave' are different - I think he may have misinterpreted the E-mail as a confirmation rather than a suggestion. At any expense - A confirmation E-mail by Bristol should have been sent.

BRISTOLBCFC - As stated in my most recent AW email to you.. I'm sorry but I never received your confirmation message. Whatever the case - Unsent, unread, misinterpreted or otherwise unacknowledged, I gave you the benefit of the doubt and offered you my next available date as compensation.
As a member of this forum, I'm sure you were aware of the email influx situation and the subsequent communication negligence that ensued around the same time our email exchanges took place so forgive my blind optimism in hoping you would take any previous comments into account before penning your own hasty frustration and going over old ground.
I didn't cost you any money or time.. Well, perhaps the time it takes to send 1 email which surely my apology and offer of a new date were sufficient means of acquittal.
Honestly, I wish I had the spare time to waste reporting petulant crimes, arguing the toss over tit for tat and downloading screen grab software.. There are some real criminals out there you know! x

Agreed, but at the end of the day it's just a negative review about a comms malfunction - most punters who wish to see Katie already know she's bogged down with messages and has had comms issues due to SirFrank's negative review about her comms.  Those punters for whom good comms are a must will know to look elsewhere and will be doing her a favour as it will give her inbox a rest.

Those who are still sold on her 7 glowing positive reviews - or who have already seen her and are keen to see her again - will persevere regardless and probably have a slightly easier time booking her as a result.  All reviews help paint a picture and help punters make their own minds up.  It's a win-win.

IMO, neither party is lying. It's just another day in the lives of a punter/prossie trying to arrange a punt together. If we all posted a negative for poor comms from our punting endeavours, the board will be awash with them!

Conversely, to balance things out, we never see a positive of a successful comms, again the board will be inundated with all the crap. 

IMO, if a meeting took place and the comms were crap, but the service was good, a neutral may be in order. I would glean what I need from the review accordingly.

This situation is clearly different, she's young and fit and willing to let old perves have a ride for £150, there is clearly a high demand for her and unlike the 40 year olds she probably also has a life.

What she'd probably like to say to you (but is to polite) is "fuck off and whinge at someone else" she clearly doesn't need or want your business, it's a supply and demand thing, Fit young ones are in higher demand and as such more difficult to see, stick to the desperate old ones or the fat ones and you can get a booking whenever you want, and she'll be more grateful

I read it differently - she does not deny she may have received your e-mail and even read it, just that she didn't register it or acknowledge it. She said it was either "unsent, unread, misinterpreted or otherwise unacknowledged". 

Given how many e-mails she gets it is entirely plausible that she opened the email and didn't register it.  In fact it looks like she read it at 6am probably half asleep:
