Action: First visit and overall a very positive experience.
Comms were excellent from the start. I messaged fairly last minute and within about half an hour everything was agreed and sorted. She happened to be available and I was already around the area, so it worked out perfectly.
The location is in Twickenham and is basically a commercial property with a number of different businesses inside. You enter the code and she is on the ground floor. I found the setup slightly strange initially, although I didn't actually bump into anyone coming or going. The main downside is that the walls are pretty thin. You can hear people working and talking in the neighbouring units while you're having the massage, so don't go expecting a completely silent spa environment. It didn't ruin the experience, but it's worth knowing beforehand.
As for the actual service, the massage itself was top-notch. Warm oil throughout, which was a really nice touch, and a proper full-body deep-tissue massage rather than rushing through that part. It started around the neck, shoulders, arms and back, including elbows working down either side of the spine, before moving down towards the legs and lower legs. Everything was completely professional during this part and, importantly for me, it was actually a genuinely good massage.
Around 20 minutes in I was asked to turn over. Again, there was no immediate rush to move on from the massage. She continued working on the front with more warm oil for probably another five minutes or so before moving on to the relief. Technique there was excellent and I probably lasted another three or four minutes before finishing.
What really surprised me was the attention afterwards. Normally I'd expect to be handed some tissues, clean myself up and that's pretty much the end of it. Instead, she cleaned everything thoroughly herself using tissues and wet wipes, followed by a warm damp cloth over my body to remove the remaining oil and residue, and then dried everything off.
I assumed we were finished at that point, but she then brought out another cloth that was noticeably hotter, placed it across my chest for a while and then over my face, finishing with some pressure around the sides of my head. It was actually a brilliant way to finish the whole experience and meant it didn't feel like the second I'd finished I was being hurried out of the door.
Overall, a very good first visit. The commercial location and thin walls are probably the only real negatives for me, but the quality of the massage, warm oil, technique and especially the extra attention at the end more than made up for it.
Definitely one I'd visit again when I'm around Twickenham.
