For Brasilians in London, £30 for each of the standard GFE extras is practically the norm, even if the base price is reasonably low. Frustratingly, most of them seem to visit other cities when they first arrive and either do not charge for extras or they are cheaper, but by the time they get here, that's all done away with.

At least Brazilians tend be slightly cheaper than the (handful of) Mexicans, Paraguayans and Argentinians who expect £50 extra for DFK / OWO / CIM and £100+ for Anal when working in London on top of their base rate of £200+ per hour.

My (admittedly limited) experience with Mexicanas has not been that bad. Usually most standard services are included or with extras cost is still £200 or less. Sure, there are exceptions to this, one of whom i believe you sampled recently, but most have been reasonable for me so far.
