It’s your rating and your review but many on here including me would immediately down grade a girl based on hygiene. There’s no excuse for it and she’s either lazy or you literally followed another punter in with no time to clean.

I actually think the opposite, the fact he was delayed by 20 mins indicates she was probably with a punter and only had time for a quick wipe down

She said she wasn't getting enough customers. I‘m a newbie, but looking at it that way, I'd actually classify it as neutral.
It's a shame because she's really hot and friendly; I hope she improves her hygiene. With other SPs, I've never noticed any bad smells or signs of other clients, especially with my regular, even though she's super popular.
