The answer to your question varies. Many massage therapists see themselves as just that, with a bit extra to be made on the side. If you approach them with a question like yours they are offended and tell you to find an escort. Of course in the same vein there are those very happy to make money receiving what you suggest without having to expend their energy massaging.
