Indeed. Your Surgeon should have advised you on general recovery times, but tailored specifically to you. No two procedures are exactly the same.

Within his/her parameters you can use pain level to judge. Also sexual activity can vary from sedately lying on your back receiving a blow job though to vigorous intercourse. It could be OK in a week or may take six weeks (occasionally longer)

Can't remember exactly but it wasn't long, a matter of days not weeks. In and out of hospital on the same day.

I was a self employed labourer at the time and couldn't afford to take time off so was back to lugging bags of cement and plaster 2 days later. The exact opposite of what the surgeon said  . Luckily I heal quickly.

Just take it slowly and don't have a shagathon.
