A physio will diagnose if you have an injury and prescribe exercises to improve and condition.Not many get involved in full body or deep tissue massage as it's hard work and not in the interest of longevity in their career.

If you want a massage book the type you want Sports, Swedish , Thai etc

You can't be in the nude with a physio. They don't generally give body massages just specific areas and exercises.

This equiry is close to my own heart. I know a lot of guys who seek out massages are only really interested in the sex side of things and aren't really bothered about whether the massage they get is properly therapeutic - but Im definitely not one of them.

If Im going to get a massage based service I want the massage component to be at least be fairly competent, ideally with some actual evidence of training.For me there's nothing better than that feeling of bouncing out of somewhere with empty balls and all your aches and pains properly smoothed away.
