Not sure about Doha, never seen or heard of anything there so keen to hear if anyone else finds or knows of anything. For Abu Dhabi, lots of 'European' or 'Russian' Spas if you search on google maps and most, if not all of them will offer extras. Need to be mindful that they can be expensive. not sure about any of the options when it come to Thai, or Asian options there.
Seeking in Doha has been really cool - you need to put the legwork in though.
It tends to be a mix of bored expatriate ladies looking for a date that’s not with an Arab or Russian, or alternatively if your luck is in a local lady.
I did have the good fortune to have a few meets with a bored, Qatari student, who was finishing her medical degree before she took a job in Dubai. This was pretty naughty, her arriving in full abaya and marching through hotel security as if she owned the place then her heading up to my room which was on the latch….
Like all places YMMV and it can be a pain, “you need to book for tomorrow for a female therapist” is common in many of the big hotels…
Abu Dhabi it’s way easier to find a HJ - just search here - don’t expect one in the Four Seasons, or St Regis - but any local shop will provide extras. There are also a lot of agencies that will provide solid outcall options. It’s a bit weird first time as the girl will check in with her Emirates ID at hotel reception - but no one bats an eyelid and it’s for your and her safety.
UAE is arguably the greatest punting destination on the planet so have fun…
The only time I ever had a minor problem was when seeing another civvie Medic - and mentioning to the Hotel I was staying at that they should expect Dr Arabname to be joining me for a few days - the boss immediately gave me a call and said if Dr/Mr Arabname was joining me would it be better to have adjoining rooms. I corrected him that it was Dr/Miss and everything was OK.
So being openly gay is unfortunately still a bit of a problem, but in this instance the team at the hotel were doing their best to be helpful and manage things appropriately.
