I contacted Emma via text and her communication is awful to say the least (1st red flag), short one word responses. She asked for me to call to confirm later on that day. I tried to call but no answer (2nd red flag)
Got to the location and called to get further instructions as was only given a postcode but no answer.
A complete waste of time.
