I disagree 100% - If a punter books and schedules a time and date and turns up on time then he should expect the same service from the girl in question - If she was NOT ready and needed more time to get ready she should have either cancelled OR told you to give her 20-30 mins to get ready - You could then decide to either wait or look elsewhere.
