Struggle with Vivastreet login?

Anyone else having trouble logging into Vivastreet? I type in my email and password nothing happing when I press the login button. I press it again and it says there has been an internal error.

I even changed my password and it sent me a link to change it so my account is still active but this has been an issue for me for about 2 weeks and very annoying as everything is blurred.

Any help would be much appreciated

I had similar problems but then contacted VS via the "?" question mark in the bottom right of the screen which linked me to a support person via chat who sorted it out pretty quickly.

Not very helpful, but VS is working fine for me.

I did get a forced login yesterday, but it was fine after that.

i did have a similar issue once and it was because the captcha was not loading. Even when it does load, i don't need to interact with it, but when it was not loading, i was having the same issue as you describe. Took a couple of days before it sorted itself out.

delete your browsing history /  cookies and try again

Had to contact them there is a live chat bot you can speak to. Was an issue their end, alll sorted now tho
