This girl is a post-op trans, but who has had convincing genital reconstruction surgery.
She used to advertise in London a few years ago as a post-op trans but she's back after a few year hiatus and there is now no mention of this on her ad
I noticed there were scars around her genitals where she'd had surgery and challenged her on this.

She was friendly and allegedly a trained masseuse although the massage was underwhelming.
She is odd in character with a degree of paranoia both as a "germaphobe" but also in thinking people are out to control her.

Overall, I cannot criticize her appearance or attitude. However, personally, I think SPs should be transparent with punters about their birth gender although I recognize opinions may vary here - hence the neutral

I’m a tad concerned that the previous review made no mention of this SP being trans.

Yet someone pops up after a few years to write his first review (only after receiving the threat of a ban) to say this SP is a post op trans and is believed.

Is there proof otherwise. Or do we just take this chaps word for it.

I mean even Pilotman does use the word ‘if’ rather than ‘As’ 🤷🏼

I initially left a comment under another review about the escort being post op TS; at that stage I was then asked to contribute a review which I duly did.  I wanted to leave the review as I thought it would be useful for other punters to be aware of this finding. Obviously, other punters are free to see her and draw their own conclusions but I think this is noteworthy that's all.

Sure....I don't think I can edit the review now but by the time I discovered she was trans it felt too late to ask for a refund and I thought it would be awkward / confrontational

Results are obviously variable as is the level of scarring ... but the latter is always there if you look for it. In a dimly lit room and assuming good surgical outcome you wouldn't see the scars. I always take a head torch and magnifiers

Unless the vaginoplasty involves the less common technique of using a segment of colon (and which has better results), you will likely have problems with both vaginal depth and also dilation. The latter requires regular dilation exercises to maintain it. Use it or lose it 

Edit I should point out that in the after photo above the scars are clearly visible but the photo is less than six months post op. They will improve over the next 18 months or so. If covered in pubic hair you may miss them even with your head torch and magnifiers

She mentioned that as the vaginoplasty lacks natural lubrication regular lube top up is needed - this is another clue on top of the scars. Also, depth tends to be shallower so you can't get your full length in if average length or above. It is fair to say that all these things can be subtle though and I agree it's entirely possible not to notice.
