Author Topic: Do you see black guys?  (Read 3953 times)

Offline Metalgear2018

For you new members. Please when you text a working girl. Make sure you ask her do you see black guys? It will save you a wasted journey and time.

I used to ask this question to avoid disappointment.  :dash:

Some working girls will not see black guys and not put it in their profile and than once you get to the location refuse to see you.

I understand it’s their preference and it’s their right. But it is annoying when a journey is wasted.

Are there actual clauses in the platform t&cs that prohibit this? Or are you suggesting they're being monitored and subjected to enforcement by local trading standards?

Absurd but serious wondering if any punters reported SPs to Popo for racial discrimination?

Interesting. Do you know when this AW restriction came into force? It must be fairly recently?

I think it's in AW t&c, and will look this up in the help centre.

As has been mentioned previously, the sex contract is not a normal or usual contract because of the nature of sex and consent.

Found in the AW T&C;

8.3.   Any advertising included in Content must not:

Prejudice respect for human dignity.
Include or promote discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
Encourage behavior prejudicial to health or safety.

This has been discussed many times on here, escorts can't be forced to have sex with someone they don't want to have sex with so they can say no blacks, no ginger haired, or no anything they choose.

One law can't be enforced if it means breaking another and forcing an escort to have sex gets you jail time.

Don't forget consent to have sex can be withdrawn by the woman at any time.

I have cut and paste the AW T&C wording into my original post (#6) above, I do not know when it came into force but in the back of my mind I 'knew' it was a rule and I don't think very recent, possibly last year or two, maybe longer.

It would be an interesting change on AW though if they have now cracked down on this?

Thanks Davie for clarifying what I hold to be true (partly due to some of the previous threads you refer to).  :drinks:

I posted somewhat facetiously hoping these opposing facts would be brought into this much repeated thread as we've beaten the matter to death often enough.

Something written on an AW does not mean it's allowed, AW do have bots that pick up trigger words, but as I understand it they do not pick up everything, but may do eventually. Might depend how it is written, also some profiles seem very lucky.

LLPunting some men here go for 500£ and more for an hour idk what’s specials there, I prefer only max 150£ for an hour incl DFK OWO, I always prefer UKP reviews first then chat with many SPs I prefer, go for VFM only. I don’t text back to SP who don’t see black guys or asking ethnicity, it’s a red flag to me

That really intrigued me too, why would being 50yo be a problem? It’s an age where you know how to behave and you’re emotionally mature, which often isn’t the case in your 20s.

No thanks on the Brazilians.

I don't get rejected as such because I make sure they're happy to see older guys before I book and I don't try to book any with an upper age limit, even if I'm within that limit I avoid them.

I would have thought if anyone had been rejected at the door for whatever reason it would make sense to inform the SP at the booking stage then if they object just move on to another one.

It isn't rocket science to say when booking, - I'm a coloured guy, I'm an older guy in my 40's, 50's 60's 70's or whatever applies, I've only got one leg or whatever else you think might cause an issue, is that alright? if they say no or are hesitant move on, that way you never get as far as the door.

At the risk of being called woke by some, I thought worth mentioning this terminology is outdated and has been considered offensive/racist in the UK for quite a long time. Appreciate there was no intention to cause offence to anyone though.

Maybe quite relevant to the conversation about age lol.

There's been a lot talk from certain people that the UK is on course to become a white minority Country by 2050 - how accurate that is, I don't know. I'll leave it there before it enters the political realm.

What happened to the movement of “my body my choice”? No more ?
Is AW coercing SPs to accept everyone even if they don’t want to?

I pay the money to the SP for her time.
If she decides that I’m not for her because of my colour, nationality, large dick size or body odour then that’s her decision and I simply move on.

Even though it’s a paid for service it’s the most personal thing one can take part in, and WG must be able to say no if she wants to!

Hold up. Interpreted literally, that means a straight female SW wouldn't be allowed to refuse services to a female client?

If a WG would prefer not to see certain clients that should be 100% their choice. As punters we are selective about who we see, why should escorts be forced to be completely indiscriminate.

Not being anything other than white I have no idea how someone who isn't white would describe themselves in remote communications. However I am more than willing to amend my post to keep in line with the modern woke society.

If you can let me know what less than white gentlemen call themselves in such situations I will do so immediately.   :hi:

AW are just saying certain words can't be used in adverts, something they are quite entitled to do. They are not saying escorts can't see clients of their choice.

There's words that can't be used on this site but as with AW it has no legal basis away from this site.

I know that this will be of little if any consolation, but better to be told than not?  If a SP has a client in front of them who is completely out of their comfort zone, all that you’re going to get is a crap punt?

I’m getting older now, and I ain’t skinny.  If a SP sets boundaries around that I will always respect them, if only to save my money.

I think typically in your example most punters would just introduce themselves and state their actual race/ethnicity.

A black man would say 'I'm a black guy, is that alright?'
A south asian man would say 'I'm a south asian guy, is that alright?'
An east asian man would say 'I'm an east asian guy, is that alright?'

I don't think anyone would describe themselves as 'coloured'.

I wasn't having a dig at your age or suggesting that being older is anything bad. I mentioned it because although 'coloured' is now very outdated and considered racist, it was commonplace terminology in the UK decades ago, so I suspect you used it without intending to cause offence, as i mentioned in the post.

Welcome to the woke brigade  :hi:

I'm very much of an age when the term 'coloured' was considered a rather polite term to describe 'black' folk.
I'm talking about post war 40s and 50s.
One of my cousins was going out with a chap, who the whole family described as a coloured American serviceman who was stationed at the large USAF base at Burtonwood.
He even referred to himself and his buddies as 'coloured'.
I still get a bit perplexed as I'm allowed to say person of colour but not coloured person.

However times have changed and even blokes of my generation have generally adapted to the more appropriate and acceptable terms .
Talking with my non-white friends, they seem happy to be called simply black or brown.
