It looks like they made the mistake of operating in a residential area whereas other parlours operate from less frequented areas where the won't cause such distress to the neighbours.

I’d hazard a guess it’s a place run by an “agency” with girls on rotation. These places tend to be residential and there are reviews of such places in the failsworth area that one of the addresses fall into.

Balfour Street, which I drove along earlier tonight and quite regularly, is solely residential terraced housing approximately a century old and very largely asian occupied.  There is a heavy drug trade in the general area so more than a bit of hooky going on to attract the interest of law enforcement agencies

Personally I wouldn't be worried if a pop up brothel appeared in my street as punters tend to come and go quietly (or come; cum & go  ) whereas I would be worried if someone set up a drug den

In the case of the Brothel, a lot more punters coming and going, depending on how many girls are working.
It also might be around the clock if they have day & night shifts whereas a lone SP will be finished for the day after she's earnt her money/done a few hrs.
