Manchester Recommendations/Highlights?

I'm possibly thinking about heading to Manchester in the near future for a few days - bit of sightseeing, some beer and of course would be nice to sample of the local ladies as well.

I've read that SexyScouseRosie (External Link/Members Only) is well recommended. As is a number of parlours such as Roses Retreat, Temptations, GFE, La Maison and Cosmo.

Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks

Forgot to mention that I know SSR is Liverpool based and doesn't seem to tour Manchester, but is she worth a detour?
